We have been using personal computers for business and pleasure for almost 20 years and have a fair bit of knowledge about how they work. Greg has built many computer systems from scratch and is well versed in Home Networking (running more than one computer and sharing Internet connections or files between machines) as well as trouble-shooting hardware issues (faulty RAM, bad motherboards, CD players/burners, DVD player/burners, printers, etc.) and using programs. Paulette has been using programs like the ones that come in the Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, Access, Excel) since High School and even took a specialized course to learn how to use them properly (Microcomputer Business Applications Specialist), as well as a Bookkeeping For Small Businesses course. If you use the Internet a fair bit and your computer has slowed down, you may have Virus or Spyware problems. Greg can help get rid of the problems and teach you how to avoid running into them in the future.
